Putting a spin on traditional texture prints, 'Soundwaves' takes inspiration from the fine lines on a soundwaves diagram. Intertwining lines work well in numerous overlapping colours, creating depth and an almost 3D effect. Colours can be on the same spectrum to create a sophisticated feel or be contrasting to give the print a more upbeat and youthful edge. Tight stitches also work well over the print if the desire is to add a high fashion finish to the look. Silhouettes can be layered to reflect the disjointed lines.
