Soft and delicate branches and stems form the starting point of this ultra feminine print trend. Staying true to traditional Japanese art, linear floral's in single colours are placed on muted grounds. Seen at Valentino, Tods, A.L.C and Tadashi Shoji, all these designers took the same approach to interpreting this trend for Fall. Silhouettes are kept simple, using silk as the main fabric of choice to evoke feelings of romanticism. Prints can either be highly detailed or loosely drawn - the latter of which creates a more whimsical feel. Key Colours: Blush and Wedgewood Blue
