Lifestyle Brand - Sass & Belle

Sass & Belle is one of the most talked about lifestyle brands around at the moment. Loved by the likes of YouTube favourites: Zoella, Louise Pentland (Sprinkle of Glitter) and Gabby (VelvetGh0st), Sass & Belle has become the new 'go to' brand for super cute and affordable gifts and homeware products. I recently met the Sass & Belle team at a Bloggers Hangout event and was very kindly gifted a selection of products, and I've been smitten ever since. With stores in Covent Garden, Clapham and Brighton, and an eCommerce site, you will find plenty gorgeous gifts for yourself or a friend. I have put together an edit of my favourite items currently available on the Sass & Belle website. Let me know what your favourite pieces are from my selection...

Be sure to check out the Sass & Belle website to find out more about this great brand and see their full range of products https://www.sassandbelle.co.uk/

Outfit of The Month - July

For my July 'Outfit of The Month', I have gone for a chic summer evening look. I adore these printed Etro trousers with a signature multi-coloured paisley print. They work really well teamed with a nude coloured off-the-shoulder top. To accessorise the outfit I have opted for a handbag from one of the most coveted luxury accessory brands - Paula Cademartori. I love these bags as they are super structured, but also add a stylish pop of colour to your outfit. The shoes are from the Chloe S/S 16 collection and it's fair to say everything from this collection is so on point for summer! Jewellery is from Valentino and Melissa Joy Manning.

On Trend Now - Chokers

Raise you hand if you rocked a choker necklace back in the 90's...guilty! Anyone who grew up in that decade will have no doubt accessorised their school disco outfit with a little plastic choker, I know I did. Fast-forward to 2017 and this necklace trend if back with a vengeance. How or why this revival has decided to take place I do not know, but all I do know is that their is no escaping this trend at the moment. The classic 90's style stretchy chokers are once again a popular choice, but there is also a more sophisticated take on this trend with velvet and gold-plated ones on the market. These elevate your look to be more suited to eveningwear. Take a look at how these celebrities including: Taylor Swift, Miranda Kerr, Selena Gomez, Bella Hadid and Lily Aldridge styled their chokers. As you can see, they are a pretty easy to wear accessory.
So, if you want  to relive your youth and bring back a choker necklace into your wardrobe, or perhaps you don't remember this trend first the time but want to wear one now, I have put together this edit showing you the best luxury and high street versions.

Print Trend - Circus

Inspired by 2 key Resort 16 collections from last year: Victoria by Victoria Beckham and Valentino, this is a fun conversational print trend for the summer season. Traditionally in the summer we see pretty floral prints in either soft blush tones, or vibrant colours for a bold pop. This print trend, however, mixes things up a little and plays with the notion of having fun with fashion with not a single flower to be seen. No doubt we all have memories of visiting the circus as a child, seeing the animals and watching the acrobats  - this trend combines those two things. With nostalgic throwbacks to old circus posters, this trend can either been interpreted in a vintage way or with a contemporary feel. Look to the Victoria by Victoria Beckham collection for bold silhouette prints or Valentino for a more grown-up take on the trend.
