Most Loved - Stella McCartney Fall 14 Fringe Dress

The Stella McCartney Fall 14 collection as shown at Paris Fashion Week back in March, featured one of my favourite dresses of the year - the Fringe Dress. The dress came in a few different styles and 3 colour ways. Despite the fact that the dress is short, it is fairly easy to wear as the scallop hem and fringing detail means the dress does all the talking so you don't actually need to worry about accessorising with jewellery and you can keep hair and make up simple.
It has also been one of the most loved dresses worn on the red carpet this year. Priced at £2,725 this dress is a real red carpet winner! See below for all the celebrities who have totally owned the red carpet wearing a fringe dress from this collection.
Nicki Minaj / Anna Dello Russo / Bar Refaeli /  Amber Valletta
Emma Miller / Elsa Pataky / Amber Heard / Jourdan Dunn
Toni Garrn / Liv Tyler
And here's how the dress was featured in editorials...
In my next blog post I will be reviewing my top 10 red carpet dresses worn this year. Who will I pick for my best dressed list?

Food For Thought - Accessories

Back in February, the fashion world went into a frenzy when Jeremy Scott showcased the Moschino A/W 14 collection at Milan Fashion Week. The fun-filled show was themed around the fast food culture of the present day and the consumers love of candy and sugary treats.
Anya Hindmarch also designed a collection based on a similar theme, but opted to create bags made to look like cereal boxes and biscuits.  These bags were some of the most coveted of the season.
Retailers and fashion brands were quick to get on-board with this novel trend, and similar bags and purses can now be found in high street stores and on Net-A-Porter. I have browsed online to find some of the best and most creative accessories based on this trend. Take a look at what I found.
New Look
Charlotte Olympia
ASOS
Backpacks and Totes
Milk Cartons
Minaudiere / iPad Cases / Bucket Bag
So whether you want an everyday handbag (Anya Hindmarch) or an evening clutch bag (Charlotte Olympia), this trend covers all occasions. Do you like this playful accessories trend or is it too bold for your personal style? Which are your favourite bags shown on this blog post?

Laura Carmichael, Chiara Ferragni, Naomi Harris, Bee Shaffer and Karolina Kurkova wore some of my favourite runway looks of the past season, so I was happy to see how these dresses translated onto the red carpet. I think they all wore them really well. However, I think my favourite look of the night was Anna Kendrick wearing a blush coloured Victoria Beckham strapless dress. It was just an all round perfect look, effortlessly sophisticated and classic. Which were your favourite looks? Do you wish we had seen more print and embroidery on the red carpet?
